Is this a tick bite?

I am trying to decided if this is the bulls eye from a tick bite with lyme's disease. Anyone and expert on it? My mom had something similar and it ended up being an allergic reaction to a bug bite.

I would be asking that question to a Lyme doctor.

It doesn't appear to have the typical "bulls eye" appearance, but it does look like it's headed in that direction. Whatever it is, classification isn't something you should be worried about at this point. You should see a doctor as soon as possible, because even if it isn't lyme disease it still looks like something you should have your doctor examine.
