Ugandan Onesmus Bakole, 26, started crying when he got a combined sentence of two years and two months‘ imprisonment or a combined fine of R5800.

He pleaded not guilty to five counts, which included violation of the Immigration Act and fraud. He illegally entered the country in 2003 after specifically being denied access by the home affairs port of entry office at Beit Bridge. Bakole admitted to climbing into a lorry and entering the country after being declined entry. He said he did not understand how this was illegal.

  1. I really do feel sorry for them but it is this type of behavior that people are protesting about

  2. Deport him straight after he has paid his fine! SA needs the money.  Pleading ignorance of the law does not excuse anything that he did.  Everywhere in the world there are restrictions to foreigners entering countries, even in Uganda! And we all need a marriage certificate!  Heck, man, these buggers take a chance!!

  3. R223.08 per month if you will, another South African disgrace under the inept ANC and an open invitation for more illegals to flood an already bursting at the seams South Africa.

Have you asked yourself where he will raise the R5 800 in the event of him paying the fine? Lock your doors a bit tighter tonight as these African thugs know only one source of income - rob whitey and rape his wife as a fringe benefit.

  4. Yes they should make an exaple of one of these people ans sentance them for 10 plus years or 100k fine. My dad has a lot of legal imagrants working for him and I have no prob with them, they work harder that most of the locals.
