Is this a tough work load?

Question

I'm going to be a freshman this year. My schedule:

World History

Honors Biology

Honors Geometry

English I

Computer Repair

Computer Aided Design

Phys Ed

German I

Clubs:

Volunteer Club

Science Team

Science Olympiad

Math League (considering)

I've always been a straight A and A student. I graduated first in my class in 8th grade. Honors at my school is very hard, but I want to earn a scholarship to a good engineering school.

This is a great school load. You should take an elective if you can. Hope this helps you out.

It will be tough and also require sacrifices. I took all advanced classes last year and I enjoyed it very much but it meant I wasn't able to do everything I wanted with my friends or events with my youth group. It also meant nights of staying up till midnight and waking at five to finish work. Having a workload like that comes with both good and bad consequences. Just make sure your ready for them. Looks like an awesome schedule to me!  Sure, it will be tough, but it certainly looks doable.  And congratulations on going into engineering - it's a major you will not regret!

ughhh not really....

i took harder classes freshman year and got straight a's and it wasn't a problem...

but i would consider joining a sports team and sticking with it all 4 years...

you want to show you are well rounded
