Is this a true rookie card???

Question

It says the persons stats and then under that it says 1 yrs total.

And it gives the same stats. I want to know if it is a rookie card cause my brother doesn't think it is but i do. Please Help!!

that is the most rookie card a rookie could get , think about it if it only has one year that means his 2nd or pro year has not happened yet                                                                                                                      I have a bunch of those espicially

No it is not his rookie card, that would be his 2nd year card. if it is a rookie card it will say so on the front 9 at of 10 times. now if that stats are college stats then it could be a Rookie card
