Is this a trustable site to buy a hooka?

Well guys, i'm from Brazil.

I wanted to buy a new hookah for myself, and i found a very good looking hookah on http://www.smoking-hookah.com/. Question is: can i trust on that website, can i trust that i'll spend my hard-earned money and receive the hookah as ordered? Thank you very much!

I have ordered from them several times. Their shipping time is based on how much you pay, which I think is disrespectful to the consumer. I can't afford to pay $100 this order so they will take their sweet time processing my order. And it's so hard to get a hold of someone for customer service.

There have been issues with shipping internationally I have heard from friends because they don't do the proper paperwork. So you might get it or customs might grab it and charge you money to get it out.
