Is this a vein in my thigh?

in my thigh this small bubble like thing moves a little when i touch it. A lady told me it was a vein but shes not a doctor but a computer engineer.

yes unless it's swelling up more then the rest it's a vein

Veins run all over your body from head to toe.  so yeah, it's a vein in your thigh.
