Is this a weed plant sprouting?

Question

I germinated and planted a few seeds quite some time ago.

And i found this sprouting very close to one of the places i had planted. I looked almost every where else around or small flower garden and there isn't anything else that seems to look the same as this.

I was wondering if anyone out there with more experience in growing/farming could help answer this for me

no its not a cannabis plant sprouting its a baby tree....
