I've been told to go into a casino (UK only) and bet red minimum bet. if won , walk out. if lost, walk out and next day bet red doubling stake, if won walk out, if lost, double stake again and so on, will I eventually win, because I was told the only chance you have of beating the house, is your very first bet, in any one day.

  1. I've heard of a system close to that, but you can do it all on the same day. You just keep doubling your bet, and once you win you end up with one unit of cash more than you had.

  2. I have been in the Casino industry for 16 years...

You should keep trying any system you can get your hands on...why!

Because it is people like you that keep people like me in a job...thanks!

Just for the record though, the guy that invented the game killed himself when he failed to find a system to beat it.

  3. I have heard it as the pyramid scheme. Where you double every losing hand  up to 4 losses only. Ive tried it before and had some success but have also seen at roulette tables where black has hit 15 times in a row, would not be good for this scheme. So still there is a lot of luck involved and the house will always win no matter what you do.

  4. 500 pound maximum bet in most casino only way to beat the house is to get lucky

  5. its called martingale and its works on paper except u can hit table max plus bankroll is enemotous

for examle $10,20,40,80,160,320,640.1280 afte six losses which is higly possible u would have to bet 1280 just to get win 10 and ig u loose 7 its 2560 which is problt way over max even if u have it. Also keep in mind that tables with no or high maximums have high minimus so mmay have to start at 100 or 1000 that said if u have the capital and the table is unlimited u can profit from it

  6. This is the Martingale betting system and it will not make you a winner in the long run.

The oldest and most common betting system is the Martingale system, in which bets are doubled progressively. This probably dates back to the invention of the Roulette wheel, but every day of the week some gambler somewhere reinvents it, or some variation of it, and believes he has something new.

  7. Your chance of winning is 49 percent. just count the red and black and the o and 00 add them up and you can see what your chances are. You can do the same thing by betting high or low. Good luck.

  8. The only way to win consistently at roulette is to be the house.

There are table limits and they are what mess up your system.  If the minimum is 1 and the maximum is 500, then 9 losses will have you betting the maximum.  You will win less than half the time, so now you are out 1,011 units.  It will take a LOT of days of winning 1 to get that back.

Even if you could double indefinitely, is it worth it to eventually end up with winnings of the minimum?  It does not matter how long it takes to win, your winnings will be exactly the minimum bet.  I can't see investing a week to win a dollar.

  9. for the 100308548923954th time...there is NO WINNING WAY for roulette...

    jeeesh

  10. Why would you have to go the "next day"?

Let's assume minimum bet of 5 pounds - is it worth going there (will cost you 8 pounds*)  to win/lose 5 pounds?

    * London Zone 1, Cash single fare £4.00 At any time

  11. The people who say there's no way to win at roulette probably have only tried it once, lost their money and ran.  In truth, I've lost my fair share of money to roulette and gambling, however I have found that over the long run, the only consistent way I have made money is with roulette software.  Any system I have tried in the past has never worked for long.
