Is this accurate about what girls are supposed to be like and expect from the opposte s*x NOWADAYS?

Is this really the way things work anymore or have times changed? If times have changed, what is the updated version of this and around what year did this change?

Girls want to look pretty, be attractive inside and out, and be a good person, stable etc..

THEN they catch several of the opposite gender's attention who fancies them. Gradually.

They mutually become fond of each other, the girl is then wed to the guy who buys a house and the girl at some point lives in the house to raise the children ?

Is this the way it is NOWADAYS? or is there something I forgot or left out?

Or is it simply different?
