The best way to know is to call your service provider. Ask if this no. belongs to your network and to which circle? The operator may not give the exact city of the number because only Mumbai is a city which is a circle. Even Delhi circle has other cities like Ghaziabad, Faridabad, NOIDA, Gurgaon. So the operator can only tell you the circle, not the exact city.
