Is this al little to much for a 14 year old?

every morning i go jogging for 1 hour and a half, and tommorrow i will soon be starting tennis for 2 hours(11-1)mon-fri my mom also told me about a basketball program after that for 5 hours mon-fri. to much?

  1. Yes, you will be worn out and lazy during your cool down time like at home or on the computer, I would say get rid of 1 hour of jogging, maybe just 30 mins.


  2. pick two. that way isn't too much.

  3. Just remember to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Because otherwise you won't have enough calories to support that much exercises.

  4. Try to master one sport.

  5. um it's a little much but if you can handle it...go for it!!!

  6. its good to be active, but if your body tells you to stop, by all means, STOP, and take a break. you don't want to overdo it, but if you can do it without overtraining, it should be fine. and remember that your body is still developing, so you could really hurt yourself.
