My hubby and I are TTC, i had clomid days 5-9, ovulated on CD18 or 19 (per OPKs) and today is day 25. From everything I have read, implanation doesnt happen until like days 6-11 past ovulation, but for the past couple of days my nipples have been sore and seem larger. Ive also been someone neauseated off and on around lunchtime. I dont know if my mind is playing tricks on me from wearing an uncomfortable bra and just being hungry or this might be my month.. Any thoughts?

  1. Yeah your mind sure can play tricks on you when I was trying each month my periods would come late, my b*****s would appear larger and hurt, I'd be moody (and had never suffered pms) I'd feel nauseated and so on. None of these times was I pregnant which isn't to say you aren't of course but there is a good chance your not also and your mind plays some pretty horrible tricks when it wants to. The best thing you can do is try real hard not to focus on it too much (easy said I know) because whilst you are set on it it never happens. I didn't fall pregnant until I was convinced I couldn't have children and gave up. Three months later bang I'm pregnant! I cross my fingers and hope for your sake that you are, but don't go rushing out to buy a test just yet either if you can help it.

  2. I know a couple different ppl who were on clomid. You can experience the symptoms of pregnancy from the drug. Just don't try too hard, because you'll stress yourself out and when the body is stressed, it can prevent you from conceiving. Just have fun and pretend you're trying NOT to get prego! lol. Yes, when you want to be pregnant bad enough, you're mind can convince you that you are, even if you're not. Just try like every 3 days because that's when men make new sperm (my doctor told me that). And after you're done, lie on your back with pillows under your butt for 20 min or so, so that the sperm have an easier time traveling. but just don't try too hard, let nature take its course.

  3. Its SO hard not to think about it.

You could be sneaky and get a hpt on your way home from work and do a test first thing in the morning.. it just MAY show..

Try wearing a comfortable bra tomorrow and maybe just try snacking on some fruit before lunch so you dont get so hungry and feel sick.. play it like your not TTC and that its just hunger pains that is making you crook.. you'll know when your nauseated.. morning sickness hits you like a ton of bricks and you know that its because your pregnant. I didn't get morning sickness until i was about 7/8wks with my son.. its so long ago now i can't remember exactly when but it was a while after i found out that i was pregnant. my only indicators were that Macdonalds smelt really bad and i couldnt eat it (not sick but just turned off different foods) and all i wanted was gallons of water with a slight niggling pinching feeling in my ovaries for about a week. i thougth i may of had an ovarian cyst about to burst so i booked an appointment with the doc but figured i should do a test just in case.. and WHAMO my life turned up side down and back to front and it was never the same again.. 9yrs down the track i'm ready for a baby.. i'm financially ready with a great husband and yet i'm in BFN city!

Good luck you.. do a test and let us know how you went!
