Is this almost labor?

Hi, Um i am 35 weeks pregnant today with my first. I was real real nauseous last night into the early morning and i had diarrhea. I know it is kind of gross. But i also have a bit of gooey white stuff in my undies and my stomach was tightening this morning around 4am. It was like it tightened up and i felt sharp pain near my v****a. It lasted about a minute or two, and then continued about for minutes apart. Will i be going into labor soon?!

It sounds like you lost your mucus plug. If the contractions go away then they are braxton hicks, but if they're continuous and regular call your dr. Either way you will be seeing your baby soon, trust me 5 weeks will fly by!
