Is this amount of hair fall normal?! ?

please help! this is the amount of hair fall i get every time i brush my hair when i wash it, and sometimes even when it's dry and i brush it.

my hair is pretty short now. up to my chin in layers.

is this normal or i should go to the doctor or what should i do exactly?

i'm 19 btw.

Nope, i actually have really thick hair and get like double the amount you do that "falls out", lmao.

Just brush your hair very softly, start from the bottom and work your way up.

No... I have thick long hair and my hair brush is always full of hair haha...

Yeah it is normal. When anyone washes their hair there are always a few hairs that have fallen down. This does not necessarily mean that the person is thinning. All that is happening is that some of the hair roots are shedding their old hairs and, in time, these will be replaced.Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/  for more info on hair loss.

It could be that you're pulling your hair too hard while brushing,

or that you're hair is damaged

ooor maybe you need to take in more iron.

my friend had extreme hair loss for some reason and when we figured out why, it was because she went vegetarian and no longer ate meat which you need for iron.

They have iron pills you can take, so try that.

If that doesn't work, you should probaply see a doctor.

well thats the amount that falls out a day for me...maybe a little less...but there are thousands of hairs your head and they have to fall out...here check out this site i think it will help you to understand...
