Is this an F-word poem?

Fulfilled - pleiades

Feelings deeper than

forgivness, sharper than

fidelity, a two edged sword that

flickers in the gleam of danger,

fighting but forgetting transgressions.

Finally, an understanding peace.

Fate befalls us all.

  1. No But this is.

    **** ******* ****** ****

    *** **** *****  ***** blunt

    You ******* ******* *****

You get on my ******* wick

    Good eh.

  2. Sorry , I must be having a bad day.........there are so many more important things to read and do in this world that this stuff just kind of blows my mind and attitude. That's what make this world go round.......different strokes for different folks...........enjoy and yes it's an "F" word to me

  3. 'ffffing good!  The lines tie very well to each other.  My compliments

  4. Oh yes, definitely. This is a beautiful portrait of true friendship, even in the face of danger and guilt. *Applause*

  5. There is one place where there is a problem.....there are mixed metaphors.

Does a sword 'flicker'? - flames flicker, don't they?

    - could you use the word 'flashes' instead, this would have the echo of the word 'slashes' which suits a sword perfectly.

(who is this Hortensia Anderson who says the lines must only be six syllables?....get thee hence, wench)

    Well done.

I've got to try one of these (Jill, you always say this....what happened to your sestina then?...finger on lips -shoosh...)

  6. My head is spinning with new forms!  I not sure I could do one and have it make sense.  , the fifth line is super!

  7. I just love truisms. and your words speak true.

If I may: I would suggest dropping the "that" from the end of line three. (I know you didn't ask but that just jumped out out me.) F-in' killer poem though, all the way.

    In fact, I am inspired.

  8. Simply it is and I give it an A+

Really can tell you put lots of thought in this!!  Good job! Cheers !!

  9. This is a difficult style to make as smooth and coherent as this poem.  In life's relationships there may be fighting with the "two edged sword" of emotions but forgiveness and understanding can bring fulfillment in the end. There is unlimited and profound truth in the last line..."Fate befalls us all". You bring so much into your poetry.  Thank you.

  10. Posilutely, and it is absotively beautiful too.

  11. no but it's a very cool poem

  12. I'm happy to say it is not, but Fantastic, you certainly put so

much of your self into various forms, Kudos

  13. oh I thought you were talking about the bad f-word you know...feminist

  14. Fate befalls us all - an outstanding line. This is a great poem that says so much. I will have to try this form.
