  1. Theres no such thing as an axiety attack..only anxiety. You may be thinking about a Panic Attack, and no its not that either. A panic attack is like having a heart attack

  2. Sounds like it to me. If this happens anymore you need to get help.

  3. Stop wasting your time thinking about the end of the world.  It ended a long time ago and you are experiencing this time through the generous remembrances of another.  You are here to learn about the efficient use of time.  Choose LOVE.  Start choosing Love.  Help others and get off the computer.

  4. Yes, it is. You're feeling scared, and anxiety. It happens to some people, like me, included. I feel anxious after watching An Inconvenient Truth, the global warming theory that Algore told about to an audience, made in 2005. I felt so scared when I heard that the lands will overflow with water in less than 50 years.

  5. could be.

but that doesnt mean you have anxiety.

i have it and i start freaking out for no

reason out of no where i hate it!

  6. That wasn't a panic attack or "anxiety attack".

I think you just need to take some time out for yourself and clear your head.

    =)

  7. Without the physical side effects I don't think so.

When I get panic attacks they come out of no where.  All of a sudden my throat feels like it is closing, and I can't swallow.  I all of a sudden feel like any minute I could pass out or die.  My heart pounds and i is horrible.

  8. Possibly.  Anxiety attacks usually consist of shakiness, nervouseness, a low blood sugar feeling, feeling hot and sometimes heart pounding.

Are you under alot of stress?  Sometimes stressful times can trigger situations like you described.  If they persist and are bothersome, consult a doctor
