  1. Its not so much how much you eat but what you eat. Stay away from processed foods. Eat a couple fruits a day, focus on eating a protein with every meal and veggies and whole grains. :D

  2. About 1200 calories

  3. I would say, if there's a will theres a way

yes you can lose ten pounds in a month

if you conduct a strict diet and watch what you eat closely.

    Exercise alot...

  4. to lose 1 pound you need to cut / burn 3200 calories

    so to lose 2 6400 and 3 9600 calories / week

divide any of those numbers by 7 and that is how many calories you need to burn / cut per day

  5. 500 calories less that u normally would is a healthy amount

  6. the minimum amount of calories your body needs without feeling like it's starving itself is 1200.

just eat lots of fruits and veggies. drink lots of water. no energy drinks or soda and you should lose what you want in that amount of time.

sense your working out with volleyball though you might gain weight in muscle. that's a good thing. so i wouldn't go by the scale rather how many inches youve lost around your body.

    best of luck.

  7. When I was going to school how they did it there if we said one swear word it was 25 pushups or a days detention.
