Is this an eye infection?

So basically my eye was bugging me yesterday and I thought it was pink eye. (I work with kids) Ummm, So i woke up and my eye is half shut and has a little white dot right under the eyelash.... It is really bugging me.... What should I do?

Could be a mild infection of the eyelash follicle which is easily treated by ointment or drops called Chloramphenicol which you can buy over the counter at a pharmacy in the UK, I dont know where you are located.

First and foremost ask at your local pharmacy for their opinion .
