  1. This honestly sounds like OCD. I know, because I have the same urges for certain things. I still turn things so the face of the labels face forward. Most things I do have to go from left to right or else I have to go back and do it again. If I don't, then it will stay with me until I go back and "fix it". They're crazy habits, and it does get annoying sometimes. I just try and learn to live with it.

  2. sounds like a nervous tick or something. I have ADHD too, and I have nervous ticks like that. When I pump gas and put my gas lid back on the car I have to hear the lid click 3 times every time or it bothers me all day until I do. Maybe its a ADHD thing lol.

  3. lol thats hilarious. idk i guess we all have those weird urges. sometimes if i cant crack my ankle in drives me crazy and i just keep trying over and over. i dont think lifting your elbow to write every once in a while is going to dramatically affect you life. haha you will be fine

  4. It's not OCD... OCD is a much more serious disorder that affects far more areas of life. Something that only comes up once a week or so does not indicate OCD.

You may have some obsessive tendencies, or something like a tick, but you are no where close to having full blown OCD

  5. If you feel like you have to do it, or if you didn't do it you wouldn't be able to continue on with the rest of the day until you did it, then yes it's more than likely OCD.
