Is "Yes...I Can-Can" a good color for my skin tone?

I don't think it should matter what your skin tone is. Makeup has no boundaries. Have some fun with it!

I've seen pale pale girls rock the neons as well as darker skinned girls.

It doesn't really matter as long as you wear it with confidance. Who cares what anyone else thinks because if you love it then they'll just have to deal. Your nails not theirs =]
