Absolutely not. Don't even touch it. You can get a laptop that's 10X as good for close to the same price if you just watch for a good sale at Best Buy. There's not really much you could do with that laptop. Even if you're a beginner, it won't even be a month or so before you'll be wishing you bought a better one because you'll want to do more things with it as you learn.

it depends where are you going to use ie  office, networking,gaming or others, the only thing you need to look on this is that Operating system (are you familiar the installed software?) and also the RAM memory is not big enough ( it depends how you use it). Take a look also the package included ie software
