Question:

Is this an ok plan for weight loss?

Ok I do exercise abotu 40 mins a day or jogging/running and every other day i do small arm weights, crunches, and squats but I wan to know if this eating plan is ok. I will be eating mostly brown rice, veggies, fruis, egg whites, yogurt, nuts, turkey, tuna, etc. No fast food or soda or sugar♥

So is this a healthy eating habbit:

breakfast-7am-400 cals

snack-10:30am-50-75 cals

lunch-1:30pm-250-300 cals

snack-4pm-50-100 cals

dinner-7pm-300 cals

snack-830pm-50cals

This would total between 1100-1250 cals a day. but is the pattern ok? I know 830 is a little late but I dont know where to fit in another snack...or should I just comepletely skip it?

  1. it sounds good to me but I would eat the whole egg because the protein is good for

    you and its in the yolk. A study shows that if you eat an egg for breakfast you will stay fuller for longer
