Adorable!  The shoes definitely make the outfit.  Love the t-shirt as well.  If you wanted to accessorize a bit, I think some sort of black-buckle bracelet would be cute, or some neon-colored bangles to match your shoes... ^_^

Honestly, I find it rather cliche. The shirt especially. Peace is something that many people don't understand these days. Its just a word and a fashion design now. Everybodys wearing peace signs these days and its pissing me off. Do they really know what it means? Its just so cliche now, you know to say your all into peace. If it wasn't in style you wouldn't give a c**p. And the shoes and skinny jeans, one word, cliche.

i think you should leave out the accessories and make your shoes the center of attention of your outfit :) do you want people to pay attention to your shoes or your bright necklace/belt? because all 3 things are competing against each other for attention and it gets hard to focus on one.
