Question:

Is this an okay goal...?

I eat about 1300-1500 calories a day, I walk, bike ride, and do crunches.

I've lost 10lbs so far (in about a month) and wanting to lose 18lbs more.

I didn't do much to lose the 10lbs, I just ate healthy and did some walking.

I'm 168lbs, and eventually want to be about 150 again. (I gained 25lbs in about 4-5 months, so maybe I'll lose it faster than hoped since I gained it quickly. Is that true?)

I want to try for 155lbs by October 17th. Is this a reasonable goal?

Any tips would be great. Thanks!

  1.    Congrates on the 10 lb weight lose girl. There is no reason why you can't lose 13 lbs in that time frame.

Be sure to consume lots of water, it makes you feel full, and is great for keeping you hydrated  while  exercising. You seem to be doing all the right things, oh and never eat anything after 7:00pm just goes to fat :)   Good Luck , i know you can do it !

  2. I think as long as you are taking a healthy approach with diet and exercise it is an ALMOST obtainable goal. Losing weight at a rate of 1-2 lbs a week is healthy, so if you keep up with your routine you might be able to pull it off. However, a lot of people tend to get discouraged since it seems to be harder to lose "the last 5 lbs" then the initial weight loss that seems to come fairly easy for a lot of people when they make simple lifestyle changes. Anyhow, nothing is impossible, so good luck...

  3. Yes, that's great. If u can do it....
