Black beans [whatever the serving size is..like,1/2 cup or 1 cup?]

Sliced strawberries [1 cup]

  1. I would say you need something else as well, your body has to live on something.


  2. Well, you get fiber from both the beans and the berries, so that might give you a bit of a tummy ache.  I would, at least, add some crackers or a slice of bread.

  3. those two things are healthy but you should add milk or yogurt to get some dairy, then it would be good
