Is this an omen? I found a black cat sat on my window?

No it's not.  What does that say about people who own black cats?  

The legend goes that if a black cat CROSS your path, then it could be bad luck, but sitting there, no.  Bad luck only happens to those who are truly unlucky or if you believe it.  If you believe in luck, then you'll just get yourself in a whirlwind of confusion b/c you'll be contemplating everything as bad or good luck so it is best to just go with the flow.
