Is this anger normal??

Question

I'm a week over due and my mom just called me to tell me that her neighbor just went into labor (she is a good friend of both my mom and I my mom wasnt doing that to be mean ha) and she was due after me and now I'm sooo angry that I havent gone into labor!! I know everyone tells me that he will be here when he's ready but its haard! I want him here soo bad!!

Is this anger towards my moms neighbor normal?

well...actutally its any woman who has her baby and was due after me!

the anger is completely normal, i was mad when my due date came and went and i wasn't that late, but it just pissed me off. I'm sure your son will be here soon and he can only stay in here another week because you ll be 42 weeks. just tr not to be too mad, although i completely understand.

No worries...my sister and I were pregnant at the same time and she was due three weeks after me.  Well the Wednesday after I was suppose to be due she went into labor.  I started crying, I felt it just wasn't fair! lol  Now I can laugh about it but at the time I was very upset, like how dare she go into labor before me?!?!  Especially when she was due three weeks after me.  The following Monday I was induced and all was well with the universe.  Hang in there your bundle of joy will be here soon and you will have forgotten all about these other women having the audacity to give birth before you!  Best of luck.
