Is this anxiety or early menopause..?

every day at work for the first hour or so, i am extremely warm..flushed face and sweating. it's like my inner thermostat is out of whack.i am not running a fever but feel like im on a Florida beach! i am in my mid 30's..no kids..i heard this could bring on early menopause

Niacin will cause flushing like this.  Do you take some type of B vitamin that contains Niacin?

Ask yourself this question: Why do I always feel flustered and hot the

first hour after I get to work.  Do you have to rush to work. Do you feel

pressured at work by your boss?  I think you're still too young to be

going through menopause unless you had a hysterectomy. It may be

stress due to your job, or if you have to rush in traffic to get there on time.

I had a job that made me feel like that!  You might have to rethink the

type of job you're in and if you really like it or your boss.  Also, if you

procrastinate ( take too long to get things done) before you go to work

that can literally make you feel flushed on the way to work!

If it happens always at the same time, I would not think its hot flashes due to menopause.  They are typically random.
