Im 15 years old, 5ft 4inchs and i weigh 8st 11lbs. Well first i have got an 8pack and i have quite musclely thighs, but what im in need of is upper chest muscles and bigger biceps and that is all im mostly concentrating on, i do weights everyday but mostly press ups becuase i think they work the most and i aslo have dumbells at different weights i do them too, but i dont seem to be seeing any results at all. I no its stupid but do i get involved with steriods? or not? or is there any different ways to do weights or press ups or at least any workout to build muscle using your own body weight. please can somebody help me or give me some hints to help me have a success through this.
