Is this aquarium medicine any good?

and other fungal diseases

1 drop per litre

what do each of the ingredients do and what else could it treat

these melafix/pimafix/bettafix type medicines have mixed results. My results are positive, but that seems to be the exception rather than the rule. Another disease it would treat would be flexibacter. The ingredients essentially kill fungus/parasites.
