Is this art?

An artist called Martin Creed has some 'art' on show at some gallery somewhere, cant remember where, but its c**p. Its some people running through a corridor every 30 seconds, literally through the gallery.

His last 'art' was the lights turning on and off in a room every now n again for about a week.

How the h**l is this classed as art????

Have you ever been to the tate modern. You should see the c**p they have there. But obviously some people like it
