Is this bad- I think I just swallowed a 2cm long, 2-3mm wide piece of a Plastic fork ?

Yea - so long as it isn't lodged in your throat (and you would know if it was) it will just pass through!

well this will need an X-ray to be sure its not lodged in your colon. plastic can be very dangerous and this need to be monitored or you may need and op to remove it,

this could pierce your colon causing disastrous effects. a trip to a&e for you

If you had swallowed it I think you would have felt it in your throat. Plastic forks when broken usually have at least one sharp edge.

Go to A&E get yourself checked out.
