  1. other than appendicitis

it sounds like ovarian cyst (how old are you?)

they can be insanely painful if they burst (and they do)

Like you are bent in half and cannot walk or anything?

but if it is the first it is much more serious

  2. One possibility, depending on how old you are and when your last cycle may have been is that you might be experiencing pain during ovulation. Sometimes there is considerable pain in the lower right side of the abdomen or pelvic area during that time, and fever, nausea and bloating can also be accompanying symptoms. The condition is called Mittelschmerz. or ovulatory pain.

1 in 5 women suffer from it of which I'm 1. When I was about 16, I was rushed to the E/R as my parents thought it was appendicitis, but thankfully turned out it wasn't. The pain is usually on the lower right side and can be quite intense from time to time and actually worse than regular cramps, though the E/R visit was the worst that I remember it.  The lymph nodes in the same area are usually tender.

Your symptoms are nothing to dismiss or take lightly and we can only speculate as to what could be the problem.  Given that you have been suffering for more than 13 hours, you should go to the E/R or show up at your doctor's office first thing in the morning. It could be any number of things, like the suggestions already given, or a urinary tract infection or endometriosis.

I included links to excellent articles from the Mayo Clinic about ovulation pain and endometriosis, as well as an article about Chronic Pelvic Pain which gives more suggestions about the possible causes of your pain such as IBS, Fibroids, or Cystis.

Get checked out and I hope that you will be just fine. Please update to let us know. ~J~

  3. It sounds like you are have appendicitis. You need to call your doctor ASAP and tell him what is going on. They will probably refer you to the ER. You do not want to mess around with this. Sometime and appendix can burst and cause all sorts of nasty problems. Please, by all means, go to the ER or you doctor right away.  This could become dangerous for you.

  4. appendicitis or ovarian cyst

  5. You need to check yourself in at the local ER.
