Is this bad for a laptop?

Ok i have had this hp laptop for about a month and it is perfect. I want to know cuz i never rlly take it places it stays on my desk and i always keep it plugged in is that bad to keep plugged in ALL THE TIME? And i woke up earlier and dosent like greese or battrey acid that was like next to it idk wut its from...Hope not laptop. i pulled battery out nothing wronge with it and its running fine.

its ok to unplug it let the battery run down and charge it fully

don,t leave it pluged in all the time you will mess up the battery and charger.

It's not bad to keep it plugged in all the time. However if you're always plugged in, you may want to consider removing the battery, this way it'll preserve your battery life longer.

laptop batteries use Li-Ion cells that do not leak or have a memory problem with charging, you can keep your laptop plugged all the time.
