  1. no, i have an ihome, and people tell me that stuff all the time. but i dont listen, because my ipods battery lasts SO much longer than theirs. mines plugged in all day, and most of the night. but then again, when my ipod touch is done charging, it stops charging it, while some of those cheaper ipod radios dont. so in that case, it would be a bad thing. do you know what brand it is?

  2. Yes its true. It actually charges your ipod so when you wake up its all fully charged :)

  3. i have heard this as well. when docked in the alarm clock, does the ipod apear to be on or charging? that could be key.

  4. I heard some of those alarm/radio clocks have chargers so I wouldn't think they would be bad at all, but if it starts acting up try experimenting by not leaving it in there.

  5. Yes it is generally bad your ipod's battery will wear down and you will have to charge it more often and you wont be able to use it for as long as you used too... hope this helped xx

  6. The iPod uses Lithium-Ion batteries. That is only true for some other types, such as Nickel-Cadmium batteries, which were common in a lot of hand held devices a little while ago. But you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Though in a sense it does wear it down since batteries can only take so many charges, but it's not going to affect it any more than it would just charging it when the battery drains all the way. So in the end nothing to worry about

  7. Uhh actually it CHARGES your battery!

  8. Yeah, but not by much. The most important part about a battery is letting it die completely before you charge it for the first time.

  9. the longer you leave any electronic device charging the lower the battery life gets so leaving in a 8hr. charger would be bad.
