ok, i want your ideas on this:

i've lost 27 lbs. since last year. (i used to weigh 144 lbs but now 117 ibs.)

so anyways, i play sports, (soccer, i run cross country, and play volleyball) so if you know anything about those sports, they involve a lot of physical fit ness. and running and being on your feet.

so, i went to the doctors for a yearly physical, and she ( the doc) was concerned with my weight loss and has had me go in the lab for blood tests, and stuff like that.

just letting you know, it was a natural thing, i didnt "try" to lose it. i didnt change my eating habits or anything.

p.s. i am 5'4'' and almost 15

just want to know thoughts on this... thanks!! :)

  1. your doctor was probably just being safe i doubt that it is anything to worry about though with all the sports anyone would lose weight

  2. You doctor was just do their job.  It is good she looked into your weight loss because it was sudden, and you weren't unhealthy to begin with.  However, you are at a healthy weight right now for you height.

  3. Doctors will always check into "sudden and unexplained" weight loss.  It's their job you know.

I think it is a good move by your doctor.

Keep up the exercise.  It is good for you.

  4. follow up with the doctor treating you.  a weight loss of 27 lbs in a year is a red flag to anyone.
