Is this bad???????????????????/

the whole day i had:

-a banana

-2 slices of pizza

-and a very small salad with a thousans island dressing

will i gain weight? how many calories did i eat?

i'm 5'7, 112 pounds and 14 years old

  2. OH! Dont you worry about that as long as you move (not "stay active" ok, there IS a diffrence!)Cus i eat ALOT and im 13 and i weigh 93...i think I have probs! Dont worry, every gal worrys about THE WEIGHT! lol

  3. u will not gain weight for a girl your age 112 punds is healthy a banna is  about 50 calories 2 slices a pizza 500 and a small salad 250 so u had about 800 claories for an average human beisng u need 200 calories a day if u go more u gain weight if u go less u loss weight i suggest if u wanna watch your weight u should walk with friends get up and play an hour a day and check the serving size before u eat something =]

  5. You probably had around 700-800 calories, not nearly enough.  And you need to add some protein.

  6. thats's not a lot of food so no u shouldnt gain weight not sure bout the calories though i guess overall in my opinion its not bad but ur kinda starving urself dnt u think?
