Is this bad?????????

Question

I had to call in sick the second day of work.I wokeup with a sore throat and a fever of 100.I took some medicine hoping i would feel better before i went to work.But i still felt terrible.I went into work today but no one said anything about it.Should i still be worried about my job?

Just work a bit harder and all will be forgiven.  It is a bit suspicious when someone calls in sick so soon, but if you have those symptoms, then there is probably some proof that you were really sick, ie you look pale.  If you are really worried, go to a doctor and get a note.
