Is this bad.....?!?

kk so i had a dream that people i no were like acting like zombies and creeping me out, i stabbed one of them, it was my neighbor. i think this is bad, bcuz it was so real, but it was a dream....idk i mean i was defending myself, but is it bad to have such dreams of actualy killing people you no??

no, its not bad its actually pretty normal.

have you ever heard that dreams are your subconcious thoughts? they can also be about something you were thinking about that day even if it was just for a second. this doesnt mean you were thinking about killing your neighbor all day conciously or subconciously.

you might have seen your neighbor, said hi, went on with your day without even thinking about it and then later heard about a new zombie movie (this is totally hypothetical but you get my point) and then when your sleeping it kinda all gets mashed together and you end up having a dream about kill your zombie neighbor.

so dont worry, its normal.
