Is this bike a good deal?

Hello, I'm wondering if the bike in the following ad is a good deal? I don't know what year it is but it is used and the perfect sieze for me. The ad has four bikes. I am referring to the one in the upper left - Bianchi Premio. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/bik/725450790.html

Wow!!! All of the bikes they are selling seem overpriced. I used to own a Bianchi Premio that I purchased used back in 1994 for $150. I sold it in 1999 for $150 as well. It was in great shape. An ex-girlfriend of mine bought a Schwinn Prelude like the one in that ad (except in Black) for $75 in 1998. Her like new Prelude had only been ridden three times by my neighbor before she parked it for a few years in her bedroom. After purchasing it, she just got a good tuneup and all was well.
