Question:

Is this board spreading hate?

It seems to me both feminists and antis are spreading more and more hate toward one another here than every before. So I have a few questions.

Is this happening as a result of retaliation, comic relief/entertainment or true feelings?

Does what you say here truly represent the way you see the other s*x?

Does what you say here truly represent what you wish society to be?

Do the comments made here help or hurt equality?

  1. I really haven't noticed more hate here than usual.  The Internet, like politics, ain't beanbag.

"Is this happening as a result of retaliation, comic relief/entertainment or true feelings?"

Yes, all three reasons play a role.

"Does what you say here truly represent the way you see the other s*x?  Does what you say here truly represent what you wish society to be?"

Yes, I believe my answers have been sincere for the most part.  I'm not one to speak just to spark a reaction, much less lie to do so.

"Do the comments made here help or hurt equality?"

It's a wash.  Internet forums have a tendency to take themselves too seriously in terms of what impact they make on the world.  GWS is no exception.

  2. yes...  an its the misogimists that r doing it...  the women here r the calm a civil 1s... i almost never here a woman saying anything bad about a man on here...  but the men r always saying the meanest... the most awful things bout us...  all they do is try to provoke us...  almost evry queston or answer from a guy has some mean nasty remark bout women...  or some wining bout how unfair men get treated....

  3. I believe everything I say. When I say something that can be construed as hateful, it's usually only intended for one specific person, and I don't do that unless they REALLY get on my nerves.

  4. Ask this question directly to the anti-feminists or as I like to call them the misogynists or anti-equal rightsist individuals here.
