  1. Well, I'd say it's in between.

Sausages, no matter what sort, contain quite a bit of fat.

The Eggs help balance this out. Protein is an excellent thing to have for breakfast!

    Baked beans.. rock on.

Cherry tomatoes.. sure! A little lycopene never killed a guy. In fact, it's very healthy!

This is a good preparation to have, as I think it will be filling and breakfasts are often not given this kind of a scale. People never eat enough in the morning!

    Cheers! :D

  2. i know that the last three are very good for you.  your supossed to have eggs, beans are a good source of fiber and tomatoes along with all fruits and veggies are extremely good for you.  sausages im not sure about, my weight trainer has told me that red meat isn't the best, and if its fake sausage im sure its bad.. but if its oven baked its obviously healthier then pan fried :]

    hope this helped

  3. that's relatively healthy for you but sausage isn't that helpful. Eggs are in all cases going to be healthy. Beans are healthy as well. Tomatoes are amazing for you like the other two. Try adding a new meat to the group, maybe something like ham or turkey sandwich

  4. Sounds good to me,and quite nutritious.

  5. Everything seems pretty beneficial, except the sausage part. Keep that once a week.Keep the eggs three times a week.Though they may have high cholestrol, they benefit you much more then destroy you.It provides most of your daily nutrients in just an egg! The baked beans have lower fat and provide you with plenty of protein and fiber. The cherry tomato provides healthful nutrients!

  6. its actually very well balanced

the beans ought to keep u full for a while...

looks like u got all the food groups!! good job

  7. in between

  8. healthy enough

  9. ya it really is!! the eggs are high in protein, the beans are high in fibre and the tomatoes high in vitamins! not too much bad fats there!

  10. no more than twice a week, it`s not bad for you and it should keep you going until lunch time

  11. Pork is really not very good for you, and you have to much protein. You have eggs that have protein beans that have protein and sausage.that has protein  Eggs are better without the yolk. The cherry tomatoes are good, but why for breakfast?

    It is a strange combo.

This is better 2 boiled eggs

    1 piece of toast

    cherry tomatoes if you want.

in the food groups you coveer the

    Bread

    protein

    vegetable

  12. Sounds good  to me.  Protein, fiber, veggies - all the good stuff.

  13. yes it would be good for me.

  14. that is a *very* heavy breakfast. its rich in fat and low in fiber. plus it is a lot of calories.

once a week wouldnt hurt i suppose.

  15. once a week wont hurt you

  16. The eggs are great, the baked beans are a little high in sugar, the tomatoes are great, the sausages are ok occasionally

  17. BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL

  18. your breakfast should always be good and hearty because thats what starts your day out. as long as you're not eating huge through out the day and you burn off the calories then its a great breakfast. it starts your metabolism and gives you more energy.

  19. I have a breakfast of some sort as it sets you up for the day. Nothing wrong with that. But i would not eat Richmond, Pork Farms, Wall's, Bowyers and most major supermarket sausages as they are made by Kerry foods ( Rubbish ) Full of fat and rusk. Where's the meat ?

  20. Breakfast is BAD for you full stop.

  21. Once a week is fine.

  22. Sounds ok, but what are you eating the other six days.

  23. the eggs have protien, sausages have protien and and are low carbs, the beans have protien but not as much as eggs and they have a lot of fat, the tomatoes are great. Overall healthy choice if you eat it once a week.

  24. Add some fruit juice and make it your main meal for everyday.

Change sausages to bacon, boiled to poached or scrambled, beans to spaghetti, tomatoes to cucumber etc. when you get bored.

Lunch - dried fruit and nuts, an orange or a small baguette.

Supper - mug of broth, stew or chunky soup.

Use this as standard but add variety and I see no problems.

This will give you the energy you need, you can burn it off during the day.

  25. You could stretch out to the end of your chain with this meal being your once weekly feed so long as sufficient water was provided and

if not put to punishment fatigue duties by a Popov.  The motto to live by would then be: EIN LAUS, DER TOD!  Let's worry more about

living each new day rather than long-term health particulars.

Thank goodness most of us aren't in Gulags.

  26. Once a week, it won't kill you, but I don't think it's very healthy.  And with baked beans and boiled eggs, I wouldn't want to carpool to work with you on that morning!

  27. Once a week is fine. It's healthier if you grill the sausages though.

  28. lol i wouldnt eat richmond sausages if they were the last sausages on earth

look on the pack at the % pork in them

    its very low

you cant skimp on sausages, nothing less than 70% pork will do

  29. Lose the sausages, one of the eggs, the beans and tomatoes.

Brew a pot of coffee and smoke a few cigarettes. Only breakfast you need, A Pop-Tart if you must.

  30. once a week is not bad. Sounds like brunch to me.

  31. Once a week...it's okay. Not the best thing, but if it is a treat or the worst breakfast you have all week...then it's pretty good. But it's hard to tell from the info given, because it depends on how things are cooked, and what ingredients go into each recipe. And it depends on your personal health, what you need, what you are trying to avoid.

I don't see anything fried, and you have lean protein, a serving of fiber with the beans, and a veggie there. Much better than a pastry. Of course you haven't said if you used any condiments. And you may use a lot of salt in this meal...and there may be some hidden sugar in the beans and sausage. And depending on portion size, this could be quite a large meal. And the meal may have a bit too much cholesterol.

If you want to make the best of it, blot the fat off the sausage before you eat it and eat a big healthy salad with a healthy dressing for lunch, and a light dinner.
