Is this cage alright for a chinese dwarf hamster?

im planning on getting a hamster and i just wanted to check to see if this cage would be alright

it looks good for a dwarf hamster but the only thing that conserns me is that i don't think he/she will be able to go to the tubes on the top so he/she is able to get to there water other wise it looks good. but you mite want to ask the store your buying it from before you buy the real cage

it's nice but I'm concerned with airing I'd recomned this one.
