  1. they look pretty young, so they need more room to grow and each needs about the size of a regular fish tank to themselves, but you can find many cheap larger cages on ebay, or at your local petsmart or petco =)

  2. no not realy it is okay !

    you should add some toyys

and a ball to walk in out side

    or even a leash

  3. thats a good size, there should be 2 square feet in a cage per piggy

  4. It's fine for now but they will need larger accomadations as they grow. I highly recommend Cubes and Coroplast caging as they are cheap and VERY customizable!!

  5. YES!! Guinea pigs need 2 square feet for to run free and then additonal room for their hiding hut and food. Go to this wesite and then it gives advice as to how large a cage should be, as well as advice on how to feed and care for them. Hope I could help! It's unforturnate that some people believe that guinea pigs don't need alot of room because of their size, but how would you feel living in a 5x5ft room that you are expected to sleep, exersize and eat all in the same space. I made the same mistake, but don't feel bad. It would also help if you took them out for exersize (supervized, of course). Have fun, they looks so cute =D

EDIT: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Do NOT use "guinea pig exersize balls or wheels"! They are SO harmful to you guinea pigs' spine as they cannot bend and are highly breakable. Hopelessly, PetsMart sells them in hopes of gaining money from unknowning pet owners. They are often marked as "small animal" exersice wheels, but DO NOT get them. Also, don't use harnesses or "leashes" because they can harm you guine a pigs' neck and ribs and add alot of unessesary stress, which guinea pigs are very subject to. Just take they outside on grass untreated with chemicals, in shade, in the summer evening or morning (so it's not too hot,  leads to heat stroke) and watch them in an outdoor pen you can buy or make yourself. Be carefull about what plants they are near (dandelions are good, but not too much). Go to these other websites; they give excelent information.
