Is this camera good?

and also a reviewer said that it only holds ten pictures, but what if you upload the pictures to your computer and then delete them from the camera, will that leave more space?

If you forget the internal memory and buy a couple of 2GB SD cards (on sale last weekend for $20 for the pair) so you will not have to worry about any limitations the internal memory has.  That memory is there so people can "test" the camera in the store without bringing in their own memory card.
