Is this cat name alright?

I want to name my cat Patches but everone says, "No, that is to common." Thanks!

It's your cat so your choice. Patches is a common name for a cat but so what. If you like it then call your cat Patches. Have fun with your new kitty.

It's your cat, and Patches is a fine name.  It won't matter if it's a boy or a girl.  Cinders would work for a name, too.  Just enjoy being owned by a cat, they're the best!

Well its not THAT common. ( like, FLUFFY is common. patches isnt really) even though mine is named Patches.

I say stick with it. I worked at a vets and didn't come across too many cats named Patches (at least none that I could remember!) "Bella" is the most common name I could think of.

i think patches is a cute name for a cat. as long as you thought of the name then its not 'common'. if you like it then you name it, its your decision!
