if you had both irish and scottish parents and you were born outside of ireland and scotland, would that mean you have a celtic heritage?

  2. Yes, certainly in your recent lineage. Your nationality though is that of the country you were born in, or the country you live in by adoption.

  3. Absolutely!  It's the ethnicity of your parents and your farther- back ancestors that determines yours, not the location where you were born.

  7. Most probably but it would depend on your parents parentage if they were born of non Celtic stock your heritage is only one generation.
