When you choke people to the point of passing out it makes feel like you are high, thats why they are probably doing it. Buts its dangerous. I would advise them not to do it. It was on the news, just another stupid game that teenagers play, Im not one of them.

I did it with my friends in high school in the 80s. We called it the 'pass out game' because the person would temporarily lose consciousness. I don 't know if this is just coincidence or not, but it was shortly after playing this game that I made my first suicide attempt.
