Is this chicken pox or what??

im 21, female, and saw some red little spots on my inner tigh. about 6 or 7. i thought it may be from shaving but im always shaving and never got these. but today when i got up, they hadn't spread...if it were chicken pox, would they have spread already? or does it take a few days? help. i only got the chicken pox very mildly as a child...

chicken pox spreads.

and once you had it you RARELY get it again it may be just from shaving but it also maybe a rash.
