My step dad brought my lil 13 yr old brother a brand new desktop with a subwoofer! a subwoofer! for a computer! He hasnt brought me anything since my new laptop which was like 3 yrs ago

my lil brother stays up all night playing his music and the subwoofer makes the whole house shake! im not kidding! would it be ok if i told my step dad i would like my brother to turn down his music?

or tell my lil brother? or should i steal the subwoofer??

Tell you brother to turn it down, if he doesn't , tell your step dad. It would be childish of you to steal it.
